KITCHEN

• Clean counters, cabinets, table and chairs.

• Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks, countertops, and backsplashes.

• Clean range top and wipe out inside of oven

• Clean exteriors of appliances, including toaster and coffee maker.

• Clean inside and outside of refrigerator and microwave oven.

• Wash floor

• Empty dishwasher

• ORGANIZE Cupboards

• Provide starter supply of Coffee Filters, Liquid Dish Soap and New Sponge

• Put out 2 clean dishtowels
   

• RESTOCK starter supply of dishwasher detergent and trash bag.*

*Starter supply includes 2 dishwasher detergent tablets and 2 trash bags.

BATHROOMS

• Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, vanity, sinks, and backsplashes.

• Clean and sanitize toilets.

• Polish chrome/metal accents (i.e. faucets)

• Clean mirrors

• Wash floors and tile walls.

• RESTOCK starter supply of toilet paper, wastebasket liner/bag*

*Starter supply includes 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom and 1 wastebasket liner/bag per bathroom

• Clean, dust and vacuum.
• Dust window sills and ledges
• Dust furniture, blinds, and lamps.
• Dust ceiling fans, knickknacks, picture frames, and lamps
• Vacuum carpets or wash floor.
• Vacuum upholstered furniture including sofa bed
• Vacuum under seat cushions
• Clean sliding glass doors
• Wash windows throughout unit
• Line wastebasket (1 per bedroom)
• Leave clean linen set on sofa bed

• Wash and Dry soiled linens/towels - fold and put in linen closet.
• (clean out lint trap of dryer)
• Wiping off patio/deck set - clean barbecue grill

Note:  Most vacation rentals should have at least 2 sets of sheets per bed/sofa bed for the guests - in the event time is short and we do not have time to wash/dry your departed guests soiled linens/towels on-site, we will take them and have them cleaned off-site and returned upon our next cleaning of your unit.
