I again wanted to send a note of thanks for the outstanding service you provided to me last week with the remembrance cards for my grandchildren's baptism. You definitely went beyond your call of customer satisfaction with putting an extra effort to provide me with exactly what I wanted for the children. The cards arrived on Sunday morning (Express Mail) prior to us going to the church and I hugged the mailman. It was a delight to see his face.
