Q:    What are your Shipping and Handling Charges?

Remember, for APO, FPO and Puerto Rico - Select GROUND - Shipments will be sent via Priority Mail service only.

Q:    Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?
         
 A:    YES - we ship to Europe, Australia, South Africa, Central America,
        South America, Canada, Middle East (some restrictions - check with us),
        and Asia.

Q:    Where do I type the wording I want printed on my invitations?
         Quick answer:  On the Secure Checkout Form - you will see a
         Text/Personalization box there for that purpose.

A:    After you select the lettering style and ink color (if applicable)
        ADD the invitations of your choosing to the shopping cart
        in the quantity you need, and you are finished adding all items
        to the shopping cart, you will click on the CHECKOUT button
        on the Shopping Cart page and this takes you to our Secure Order Form.
        Here you will enter your payment and shipping information and
        you will find a Personalization text box so that you may type in your wording.

Q:    Do I need to give instructions on how to print my invitations?

A:    Not unless you have an unusual request for special formatting.  All of the           invitations are printed centered and the name of the honored person (i.e. bride, baby, child, etc.) is normally printed larger than the rest of the invitation copy so that it stands out.  We have specially designed templates for each invitation/card to produce consistent results.  All printed cards look balanced and attractive.

Q:    Do you have a toll-free telephone number for placing orders or customer service?

A:    We do not have a toll-free number and only accept orders online via our Secure Website or by Mail.     For Mail Order, please be sure to read instructions at http://www.starwedd.com/orderinginfo.htm   
All customer service related inquiries or issues -- kindly email us and we will reply to you within 24 hrs. or less (business days).

Q:    Do you sell samples?

A:    Our shopping cart system only accepts a minimum of $5.00 in order total
        so if you purchase more than one sample and arrive at the minimum order
        total of $5.00 or more, that will be fine.

Q:    Do you have a brochure or printed catalog of the products you offer?

A:    Our website is our catalog.  We do not have printed catalogs as these are very costly to print.  This is just one of the many ways that we keep our prices low for the customer.  We encourage you to print out the pages of the merchandise you are interested in.

Q:    What shipping methods do you use to send customers merchandise?

A:    For informal invitations and announcements, and most of the items we offer, we use FedEx Ground.  This service allows you to track the package to its destination.  For further details, please see our shipping policy area.

Q:    Do you have other products not shown on the website?

A:    We certainly do.  Please do not hesitate to contact us to inquire about something in particular.  Chances are that we can get it for you at a good price.
